Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the project leader in developing thin film preparation processes and testing the physical properties of thin film materials. Familiarity with thin film defect characterization and analysis methods is preferred;

2. Complete other tasks assigned by the project leader.

Qualification:

1. Master or doctor degree, familiar with vacuum technology, practical working experience of Magnetron sputtering coating, condensed matter physics, material science and other related professional background;

2. Have work experience in film material growth and have some experience in material preparation and characterization. Having strong experimental skills and hands-on skills;

3. Has good organizational and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, and good teamwork and communication skills.
