Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the technical department leader in leading the product development team to upgrade existing products and develop new products based on thorough research.

2. Coordinate resources, develop project implementation plans, and control project progress and costs.

3. Conduct process debugging and PVD equipment installation and maintenance.

4. Based on the problems encountered during the process of process and equipment development and corresponding solutions, patent and machine rectification plans are formed, and new customer needs are fed back. The R&D department develops new product functions according to the needs.

5. Responsible for training product knowledge and technical solutions, organizing product archive files.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, material engineering, and other science and engineering disciplines.

2. Strong interest in equipment research and development, strong hands-on skills, and experience in vacuum equipment is preferred.

3. Love learning, have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and have a team spirit.

4. Proficient in spoken English is preferred.
